A 78-Square Foot Apartment That Fits A Bed, Couch, And Home Office

In April, we brought you news of this woman's 90-square-foot apartment. Now, it looks like she's been trumped in the tiny living-space department (probably not a prize you want to win) by architect Luke Clark Tyler, whose chic-ish home-sweet-home is a 78-square-foot studio. In the video by *faircompanies below, Tyler gives us a, uh, tour (that cameraman must have just finished a cleanse) of the abnormal, $800-per-month abode, which, with a bit of ingenuity, boasts a a custom bed-cum-couch, a mini-bar sized refrigerator, and a highly organized built-in closet. This architect—yes, you read that right—seems pretty content with his casa, despite the shared bathroom and lack of a kitchen. The weird thing is he works from home on what has to be the most uncomfortable looking skinny desk/high stool combo. While we'd be at the local Starbucks, that probably wouldn't make sense to a dude who microwaves his own eggs. Not gonna lie, you're cute, but that nightcap is happening at our place, not yours.
