Whether they talk shop or just catch up, Steele and the women she's come to know as her New York family always kick off the night with a round of Glamour Shots — a mix of Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon and Goldschläger Cinnamon Schnapps, then rimmed with edible gold flakes.
