People say to never judge a book by its cover, but sometimes we just can't help ourselves. This holds especially true for beauty products — show us pretty packaging or clever copy and we're more likely to scoop up a product than its practical-looking shelf mates. Case in point: Evo, a cool new hair care line from Australia.
Featuring the tag line "Saving ordinary humans from themselves," each of Evo's products feature irreverent names and hilarious descriptions. Some of our favorites include Gluttony, a volumizing shampoo; Easy Tiger, a smoothing fluid for curly hair; and Gangsta Grip, a strong-hold gel.
That said, a funny name doesn't mean much if the product behind it isn't stellar; thankfully Evo's lineup practices what it preaches. The products provide some serious hair pampering, the minimalist packaging is 100% recyclable, and the majority of the ingredients are natural, adhering to the brand's core beliefs of simplicity, truth, and accountability.
