Fast Pancakes For The Girl On The Go

Now that you have your dry mix base, let's get to the most beloved of breakfast basics: Pancakes. All you have to do is add a little melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and an egg to your dry mix base and you'll be gobbling down pancakes in no time. Don't worry if the first pancake or two turn out to be a mess; it's a universal truth for everyone — consider it a offering to The Pancake Gods. Basic Pancake Recipe
Makes 6-10 pancakes, depending on size of the pancakes Ingredients 1 1/4 cup basic dry baking mix
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions

1. Mix all of the ingredients together to make the batter.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour batter into the hot pan.
3. Flip the pancakes when the edges start to brown and bubbles appear on the surface.
4. Cook for an additional minute on the other side.
5. Serve and enjoy immediately.
