Boot Camp’s Best Moves To Try At Home

No matter how many RHONY episodes you're willing to burn through, slogging away on the elliptical (or any gym machine) can get old, fast. The best workouts — the ones that give you that conquer-the-world high right afterward — come when you shake things up, challenging yourself to try new moves, classes, and trends.
You'd think that'd be easy for a former lacrosse player like Lindsey Calla, Saucy Glossie fashion blogger and stylist. She was on the field all the way through college. But, when a knee injury sidelined her, she became a self-taught fitness expert, combining her athletic training with new classes and workouts.
We challenged Calla to try the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp, an outdoor twist on the military workouts taking the fitness world by storm. Smack in the middle of — you guessed it — the Brooklyn Bridge, the class uses the iconic structure and your own body resistance for all-over toning; the killer view is built-in motivation. We outfitted Calla in the best adidas gear — innovative products meant to push her to the max — and had her report back after the workout. We also tapped the BBBC founder herself, Ariane Hundt, for pro tips you can use in your own workout. Check out the moves and see if you're up for the challenge.
