SLS Hotel
Scheduled to open in early 2012, just next to the Delano, is the swanky SLS hotel. International super chef José Andrés' West Terrace Bistro and his first-ever food truck join The Bazaar, SAAM, and Katsuya as they all journey east from the SLS Beverly Hills to Miami. Also moving in is famous L.A. hotspot Hyde, which will be making its East Coast debut as Hyde Beach. We’re not done yet. There’s also a Philippe Starck-designed salon and blow out bar. Excited?

H&M
As reported by WWD in April 2011, European retailer Hennes & Mauritz (aka H&M) is finally making its long-awaited move to the Magic City. Expect to be shopping their latest designer collab collection in Aventura Mall and on Lincoln Road. They’re said to be taking up 22,000 square feet at the Lincoln Theatre.

Louis Vuitton
Aventura Mall hits the big time with this luxury neighbor. Expect an impressive grand staircase that connects two floors, where the fashion house's full range of leather goods, RTW, shoes, accessories, watches, and jewelry will be available.

Juvia
The 1111 has brought glamour to garages and given us a block of charming shops to peruse while we enjoy the Shake Shack’s exclusive-to-Miami key lime concrete. Now, the stunning Herzog & de Meuron-designed landmark tops it off with a penthouse restaurant complete with an indoor, lush vertical garden and a rooftop lounge with city and water views. The menu will be as delightful as the space, serving a blend of cuisines from Asia and South America, using classic French techniques.
5. Dior Homme
The Design District continues to heat up as a luxury shopping destination. Women's Wear Daily reported, the opening of a temporary Dior Homme store in the fall at 150 NE 40th Street and a permanent shop coming in 2014 (located at 161 NE 40th Street).
6. Agent Provocateur
The British lingerie shop known for its racy ads is bringing their sexy offerings to The Village of Merrick Park. Ha, and you thought Coral Gables was a prude.
7. House Nightclub
In Wynwood you can drink fresh coffee, see amazing art, grab a drink, and eat tasty Italian food. And soon enough, you’ll also be able to party it up in a 9,000-square-foot multi-room nightclub. House will be opening its doors along with bouncers, bottle girls, and VIP rooms. In just a few weeks, the new nightspot will be handing out keys for its house-warming event. Be their guest.
8. Delano
It’s true: Florida Room is no longer. But the Delano lives on. In 2012, the legendary hotel will unveil FDR (you know, like Franklin Delano Roosevelt), a classic American cocktail lounge that's set to replace the Florida Room, a sophisticated new Italian eatery dubbed Bianca, and Umi Sushi and Sake Bar. Oh, and no worries: the much-loved Rose Bar is returning; she'll just have a shiny new finish.
9. Raleigh
The Raleigh also gets a facelift and a new partner: Michael Schwartz's Genuine Hospitality Group. Chef Schwartz and his team bring their golden touch to the historic gem, as they take over F&B operations for the entire property. In 2012 they'll present a new restaurant on site.
10. St. Regis Bal Harbour
A luxury hotel is a luxury hotel, right? Well, this guy has a 1,000-square-foot stretch of sand that features full butler service, Chef Jean-George Vongerichten's latest project (J&G Grill), and Remède spa, a 12,000-square-foot beauty spot where the Champagne and truffles are always freely flowing.
11. Tides
Hotel company King & Grove takes over Ocean Drive's Tides hotel, and it's bringing in the big guns. It's tapped everyone’s favorite hospitality vet Josh Wagner (formerly of Morgan’s Hotel Group) and John McDonald (of NY's Lure Fishbar and Chinatown Brasserie) to help with the hotel's latest dining offerings.

One of Bucharest's most popular clubs, Bamboo, is crossing the Atlantic and making the historic Paris Theater its new home.
