We we love it: We have already publicly professed our love
for capes, but our adorable friend here seems to rock one effortlessly, and with an eye for color. She's
proving that your outerwear does not have to be a neutral safe shade, and even when it's bold, it won't totally outshine the rest of your outfit. We love it when we find a look that proves a point. Rad boots, too!
