Allison Williams and Ricky Van Veen got married in a super-secret wedding on Saturday. According to Us Weekly, reps confirmed that the Girls star and her College Humor-founding fiancé tied the knot at a ranch "out West." Yep, that's extra vague on purpose. Though the New York Post got wind Friday that the ceremony was going to take place on Saturday, the couple still managed to keep the location of their nuptials secret. The Post's source said guests were meeting in Denver and then flown out to the ranch (possibly in Wyoming). From there, whoever is going to the Emmys will fly to L.A. together on Sunday. Us reports that the guest list included Katy Perry, John Mayer, Bruce Springsteen, Bee Shaffer, Andy Cohen, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, and Lena Dunham. Nice invitation, if you can get it! We can't blame Williams for wanting to enjoy her big day without press scrutiny. She and the rest of her family have been under a harsh spotlight after her father, former NBC News anchor Brian Williams, admitted that he lied about his experiences on a helicopter in Iraq in February. The actress, 27, told Seth Meyers in an interview at the 92 Street Y in New York that the controversy, coupled with her big starring role in NBC's Peter Pan Live! last year, delayed her wedding planning quite a bit. She and Van Veen, 34, have been engaged since February 2014. But, yeah, we really, really wish Williams wasn't so private about all this. Just imagine the Instagrams we'd be getting right about now from Lena Dunham (whose last post warned us she was prepping for a "web-less" weekend).
