Well, that's a relief. Contrary to reports — and her recent flashing of a ring on her left ring finger — Kylie Jenner says she's not getting married anytime soon. Considering she's only 17 years old and her boyfriend, Tyga, is 25, we're putting her announcement in the win column.
The reality star set the record straight in a Twitter post yesterday, right between her post about National Lipstick Day and a photo of a dog.
"Not planning on getting married anytime soon," the recent high school graduate tweeted, adding a smiley face at the end. So far, 20,000 people have favorited the tweet.
The youngest Jenner turns 18 on August 10, so there's not a whole lot stopping her from wedding her rapper beau — or anyone, for that matter — in the months to come. As much as we'd like to see Caitlyn and Kris Jenner in a fashion face-off at the nuptials, youth is a thing to be cherished. As big sister Khloé Kardashian noted, Kylie is "not a normal 17-year-old." That doesn't mean she can't let herself be one once in a while.
