Live through this. Courtney Love had what sounds to be a truly traumatic evening in Paris last night. According to a series of tweets posted by the singer, an Uber car she was riding in was "attacked" and "held hostage" by protestors during the city's Uber strike. Taxi drivers have been protesting against the car service on the grounds that it takes away from their business, and Love found herself caught in the middle. From her tweets, it appears that Love had hired an Uber car to pick her up from the airport and take her into the city. The car was then reportedly "ambushed" and hit with metal bats. The rock star also claimed that the car's tires had been slashed, with taxi drivers throwing rocks at the vehicle. Love lashed out against local police and French president François Hollande, accusing them of not taking action to keep visitors safe. Naturally, the tweets include a random shout-out to Kanye.
