Over the past few days, Blake Lively has been on quite the whirlwind press tour to hype The Age of Adaline, her upcoming fantasy drama and first big-screen role in years. The junket has also served as an opportunity to promote Preserve, her lifestyle site that peddles artisanal salts, fancy soy candles, and indie designers’ dresses.
With the exception of some straight-off-the-runway Marc Jacobs and Balmain, most of what she’s worn is available for sale in her online shop. And, with no fewer than 15 outfit changes in half as many days, she’s worn a lot. The latest is a floral confection by Preserve favorite Lindsey Thornburg. Flower print dresses, particularly in longer lengths, can look a little twee, but Blake manages to make hers look straight-up cool. Part of that, of course, is simply by nature of being Blake Lively. But, the stack of heavy bangles and not-too-matchy mint Louboutin pumps go a long way, too.
You don’t have to be a movie star or lifestyle peddler to crib her look (though you may want to treat yourself to a blowout to match, because why not?).
