Jon Stewart Reveals Date Of His Final Daily Show

Beware the Ides of March and August 6. Mostly August 6. Last night Jon Stewart revealed that he is ruining summer taping his final Daily Show on that sad, sad Thursday. At least he'll be showered and wearing a suit. In the spirit of every cloud having a silver lining, Stewart announced that fans have a shot of being in his New York City studio for his swan song. The show has partnered with the charity Omaze to raffle off a few studio seats and a trip to the Big Apple. That's not nothing. We're predicting a lot of fanfare for this final show. Will Obama be invited? Will Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, and John Oliver show up to pay their respects? Will Stewart have one last epic shutdown of Fox News? Expectations are high.  In the meantime, Jon, we'll take one of those hugs.
