This pretty much proves Miley Cyrus is one of us. She chose not to dignify the cheating rumors about her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger, that are swirling through the tabloids ,with a response this weekend. Instead, she headed to Vegas for drinks and dancing with her BFF, up-and-coming Victoria's Secret model Stella Maxwell. We don't know if she's talking to Patrick, ignoring him completely, or just living her best life. But, she sure looks like she's having a great time.

After landing, Miley and Stella headed to Hakkasan to start the night off, her Instagram reveals. The tongue is out, as always.

And, while we have no idea if the rumors are true — we sincerely hope not — sometimes the best way to deal with your problems is to put on a LBD and metallic Prada sandals, and go dancing with friends. It also helps that you're hosting the night at the club (and probably getting paid).
