Paul Rudd struck a deal with the devil. That's the only explanation for how little he's aged over the years. Or, maybe he just read this.
And, if you thought Clueless-era Rudd and Anchorman-era Rudd were similar, just wait until you get a load of this. A Reddit user, who goes by the name of SmoothBread, posted a photo of Rudd from his college days at the University of Kansas in the late '80s. As you'll notice, he looks exactly as young today as he did back then. In fact, there's not a single difference between current Paul Rudd and '80s Paul Rudd. Not one. (You know he could still grow out that brodacious mane if he wanted to.)
