Nicki Minaj Delays Album Release, Drops “Only” Instead

Nicki Minaj is assembling an army of boss bitches. "Only" will be its war call; it's the latest song to be released off Minaj's forthcoming third LP, The Pinkprint. The album, which was slated for a November 24 release date, will now be dropping December 15, 2014. Why? Who knows.
Luckily, Minaj's Barbz and non-Barbz alike now have three tracks to whet their appetites until then. There's "Pills N Potions," her chilled-out ballad. Then there's "Anaconda," the chart topping ode to big assets. "Only," which features Drake, Lil Wayne, and Chris Brown on the chorus, mentions said assets, but puts them, well, behind her and brings attitude to the forefront. The track is aggressive and harps back to Minaj's desire for more authentic female writers in the hip-hop sphere. No shade, though. We'll see if some fancy retort surfaces in the coming weeks.
