Years from now, we'll all ask ourselves: "Where were we the day Sam Smith, Damien from Mean Girls, and awkward one-night stands collided?"
We were in the office, draining our second Starbucks of the day, when we first saw Daniel Franzese's hilarious take on Sam Smith's ballad-of-the-summer, "Stay With Me". It's called "Please Go Home," and as you may have guessed, it takes Smith's ode to the prolonged one-night stand and completely flips it on its head.
"This is true, I just had me a one-night stand. I woke to the face of another man," Franzese belts as his part-time lover longs for his affection. "Last night didn't really go to plan. Should have stayed at home, spent it with my hand." Ouch.

While Smith's gooey sentiment is endearing, Franzese's take on the hook-up feels a touch more realistic. Especially the part about the mint.
