Actually scratch that. The only emotion sparked by this official birthday portrait of a one-year-old Prince George walking on his own is pure joy. And, of course, a sudden urge to squeeze the nearest small child.
The British royal family released the charming snap in celebration of Prince George's upcoming first birthday on July 22. The photo itself, snapped by British Press Association staff photographer John Stillwell, shows the future king rocking Petite Bateau overalls during a visit to the Natural History Museum earlier this month.
"He was very lively, very confident and very sure of himself," Stillwell told Us Weekly. "He's a very determined young boy. And who does he look like? I’d have to say his dad, William."
The birthday boy is said to be getting his party this week. Rumor has it the celebration will be a tea party with a Peter Rabbit theme. Unfortunately, Kidchella was already taken. (Us Weekly)
