After roughly a year and a half of dating, Ireland Baldwin and her Hawaii-based paddle boarder beau, Slater Trout, have split up. Okay, so it may have been unrealistic to pin our hopes on two youngsters living an ocean apart, but, c'mon — these guys were seriously cute together. Sigh.
On the plus side, the breakup sounds pretty amicable. The 18-year-old model confirmed the split to People, saying, "I love him more than anything but I need to focus on myself right now." For the moment, that includes her hair, which she's just dyed purple. Girl, we've been there.
No lie — we'll miss seeing lovey-dovey Instagram photos of the active pair. Here's hoping Alec can give his little girl a shoulder to cry on. Oh, and Harry Styles — let's wait a few weeks before you make your move, please? (People)
