Rob Lowe On Fake Teeth & Becoming JFK

It's hard to think of anyone dreamier than Rob Lowe, but John F. Kennedy just might be the guy. Okay, sure, Rob's got the chiseled jaw and nice-guy image down pat, but it's hard to argue with that presidential mystique. So, when 20th Century Fox set out to make Killing Kennedy, a flick about the first couple's often tumultuous life, Lowe was the perfect fit.
He took on the task of playing Kennedy — alongside Ginnifer Goodwin as the legendary Jackie O. — with the fervor and determination we normally reserve for things like getting the last available ticket to a Jay Z concert. The result was practically spot-on, but Rob's portrayal didn't come without some hard work — and one crack makeup team. In addition to filling out said chiseled jaw, the actor had to sport a set of Hollywood veneers (yep, fake teeth). Of course, being Rob Lowe, he took it all in stride.
Below, we have an exclusive clip of the actor discussing how he stepped into JFK's famed loafers and just what it takes to play a president. Watch below and then pick up the Blu-Ray of Killing Kennedy today.
