We've never been to Istanbul, but we've heard wonderful things. Its towering cathedrals and winding bazaars are the stuff of legend. But, why has no one ever told us about its unusual ice cream vendors? In the video below, a jolly purveyor of frozen treats accomplishes gravity-defying feats of unadulterated fun and whimsy that would make Cirque Du Soleil green with envy. All he needs is a long metal pole, a willing participant, and some really sticky ice cream. We doubt all food vendors in Istanbul's old city subscribe to the same sort of antics. That would lead to a whole lot of hungry tourists. But, if they have even one to spare, can we please bring him to New York? Our Instagram account needs this.
