It only takes a few minutes of nosing around on someone's Instagram feed (who, you?) to learn what makes that person tick. Well, don't feel too guilty. The tech savvy wizards behind the social travel iPad app Jetpac took spying to another level.
According to Business Insider, Jetpac has been analyzing millions of Instagram snaps to come up with the top 20 happiest cities in the U.S. That's right, the more smiles, giggles, and laughs captured, the higher on the ranks a city is placed. With St. Louis coming in at number one, and Los Angeles not even making the cut, the list may surprise you.
