It's hard to articulate our undying love for Miu Miu. The colors, the prints, the to-die-for shoes and bags...it's all workin'. Of course, since we aren't sitting on a pile of gold, it's a little unrealistic for us to actually own our share of covetable pieces. Instead, we spend our time gazing at the label's runway shots, eyeing up the campaigns, and saving up to splurge on that wallet we just have to have. But now, according to a new rumor, we might just get a chance to own a piece of the pie, in a budget-friendly way.
According to WWD, the Italian label has reportedly been in talks with Coty Inc. about a beauty license. WWD was unable to nail down the actual likelihood of a Miu Miu-branded beauty line (the brand's reps had no comment), but we're staying optimistic nonetheless. We're always looking for more makeup inspiration, and a little Miu Miu lip shade is exactly what we need in our lives. Stay tuned for more info. (WWD)
