So, box-jumping. Really amazing for your body...and really daunting unless you have the coordination of a ballet-dancing gazelle. Apparently, though, it's not all that scary, as this fitness video from POPSUGAR Fitness proves. Sometimes all you need is an expert to appear and show you how it's done. We think this video's great, since we'd be too embarrassed to show up at the gym and try this out on our own. It involves working one's way up to the box jump, rather than just going for it, which is probably just a good, all-around life lesson.
