If you find yourself trolling the aisles of Sephora (heck, Walgreens) for hours on end, you're not alone. After all, it's easy to do. You go in for one thing, and before you know it, you smell like a perfume factory and both arms are lubed up to the elbow with the latest and greatest skin-care innovations. Well, get your willpower ready, because Space NK just opened up shop within the Bloomingdales's on the Mag Mile, and it's an absolute product junkie's dream.
The British import got its not-so humble beginnings in Covent Garden, London back in 1993, and has since then grown into 60 stores in the U.K. and 24 in the U.S. — with the Chicago being the newest to join the oh-so gorgeous roster. While we'll always love drugstore beauty for the sake of looking great on a dime, the impressive lineup in the Chicago store includes some of the most innovative (and in many cases, luxurious) products you can get your well-manicured paws on — many of which are exclusive to the stores in the states.
While there will be a couple of grand-opening celebrations in the near future (Thursday, September 12 and Saturday, October 26, respectively), we don't think you should wait that long to check out this rad store. And with more than 40 brands and new products shipped every few weeks to keep a fresh inventory, there will always be something new for you to experiment with.
