Despite her occasional out-of-touch antics, we're fans of Gwyneth Paltrow. She's gorgeous, successful, and stylish. But is she the world's best-dressed woman? On behalf of the many, many more fashionable celebs — and regular people — out there, we're going to say no. Sure, she's had some great gowns, but with that face, that hair, and those legs, pretty much anything looks straight off the runway on that body. She's definitely not the face we look for when we're in need of some sartorial inspiration.
Maybe we shouldn't be perplexed by this list. While People is great for a gossip fix, it's not exactly the last word in fashion. While we could conceivably put Emma Stone in our own top 10, the rest of these ladies just don't belong. Kim and Khloe Kardashian? Kate Middleton at number two (maybe in the near future, but not now)? Reese Witherspoon? Frankly, we're just confused. (People)
