Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 couple Gia Fleur and Scott McCristal have been the centre of drama this season, with the fiery bride starting feuds with multiple contestants. However, while Gia has been hot-headed with others, she has maintained that they have one of the strongest relationships in the entire experiment. Things seemed to change when Gia attended the Grass is Greener task and was seen flirting heavily with her backup match James. Meanwhile, Scott refused to take part in the task and hid out in the bathroom. Could this spell the end of Gia and Scott?

Below, we've rounded up all the information we know about whether Gia and Scott are still together after MAFS, including if they make it to Final Vows.

What have Gia Fleur and Scott McCristal said about their relationship?

Gia and Scott have been taking aim at each other in interviews, which makes it clear they're done. "You never cared when we broke up," she said on social media. "You never cared at all. You literally ghosted me after the show because there were no more cameras, so why don't you shut up? And I would be saying more, but number one, I'm cut off from publicity, number two, I actually am in love and in the best relationship I've ever been in, in my life."
Scott also told Nine.com.au that Gia tore him apart during Homestays week when she came to visit. "She pointed out a lot more [problems] when the cameras weren't there," he said. "When someone tries to degrade you like that it makes you feel pretty s**t to be honest."

Do Gia and Scott make it to Final Vows?

Gia and Scott don't make it to Final Vows, with an insider telling Refinery29 Australia the couple quit the experiment just days prior.

Are Gia and Scott still together?

Gia and Scott are no longer together. Gia has moved on with her new boyfriend, Alan Wallace, and she spoiled the ending of MAFS by posting a video with him on TikTok.
"No revenge. I got the love story of my dreams," she wrote, over video highlights of her new relationship.

We can't say that this is much of a surprise, after how tumultuous their relationship was.
