Are MAFS’ Alissa And David Still Together?

Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2026 couple Alissa Fay and David Momoh started off as a relatively strong couple in the experiment. However, near the end of MAFS, cracks started to appear. Alissa has said that David doesn't match her "frequency", and also called him a "weak man", leaving the groom reeling. When he tried to bring up his issues at the final Commitment Ceremony, Alissa accused him of "blindsiding" her and not being open with her when the cameras weren't around.

The pair are set to make it to MAFS Final Vows, but will they continue the relationship outside of the experiment? We've rounded up everything we know about whether Alissa and David are still together after MAFS below.

Unlike some of their rogue cast members, Alissa and David have refrained from leaking any storylines or speaking on social media while the show has been airing. One interview David did with TV WEEK is rather telling, though. "There were red flags from the beginning — like [when Alissa made me] get down on one knee [during our wedding] — but I decided to push through because I didn't want to repeat prejudices I might have on the outside," he said.

An insider tells Refinery29 Australia that Alissa and David broke up at Final Vows. They both had breakup speeches to read, but David went first and then refused to let Alissa speak as he was so hurt.

"I think Alissa has a bit of a lack of awareness when it comes to other people's feelings. And so I think David probably would have felt like his ability to express himself was definitely pushed away, and it was kind of Alissa's way or the highway a bit," the source claims. "Alissa has a lot of learning to do about how to speak to people."

Alissa and David are no longer together after MAFS, according to our insider. Also, Woman's Day claims that Alissa has moved on with Ninja Warrior contestant Nathan Ryles, and they haven't been hiding their affection. "She's besotted with him," a source said. "She's even calling him her soulmate. It's the worst-kept secret in Adelaide."
