Me-ow! Our favorite It-Girl-about-town Harley Viera-Newton just raised the bar way up in the nail-art game with her homemade cat-appliqué nails, and our entire office basically just fell apart with joy. Love it or hate it, there's no denying this mani takes some serious dedication, and personally, we think it turned out great.
Tavi Gevinson, are you seeing this? HVN may be a grown woman but she clearly has her finger on the pulse of everything that's awesome in tweendom.
