While she's a California Gurl Girl at heart, we think Katy Perry is more of a chameleon — she's changed up her look so many times we're getting dizzy. And we have to say, that's one of the main reasons why we love her so much. Where other celebs find a signature beauty look and stick with it, our fair Katy likes to throw us a curveball at every red carpet, going from sultry pin-up to blue-haired candyland princess in the blink of an eye.
We'll also be the first to admit that we straight-up jammed out to Teenage Dream when the album first came out — we might even be playing "Firework" on repeat still. Don't judge. Well, good news for those of you as into Katy as we are: Today marks the release of a super-deluxe version of the album.

Then, on April 3, Katy herself will select one grand-prize winner and three runner-ups to be featured on Refinery29.
