We've just learned that Justin Bieber is headed to D.C. next month to perform in this year's Christmas in Washington TV special. It's a safe bet that the Biebs will perform a few songs off his just-released Under The Mistletoe album (do we think Jaden will be joining in on the fun?), and we can only imagine that Sasha and Malia are kinda freaking out right now. They'll get to see the show, which includes performances by Cee-Lo Green, Jennifer Hudson, and Victoria Justice, alongside their parents.
