ZYZZYVA's Spring Celebration At Booksmith Tonight!

Got Wednesday night plans? We suggest heading to Booksmith tonight at 7:30 p.m. to toast this amazing weather and the spring issue of local literary mag ZYZZYVA with editor Laura Cogan. The latest issue, Cogan's first since taking over from former editor and ZYZZYVA founder Howard Junker, has a little something for everyone, from poetry and prose to art on the West Coast. The cover, featuring Bay Area artist Richard Misrach, will also make its debut at the event while lit fans rub shoulders with some of this month's contributors, including writer Tom Barbash, poet Robin Ekiss, and journalist Vanessa Hua.
Booksmith, 1644 Haight Street (at Belvedere Street); 415-863-8688.
