This Horror-Themed Ballet Is Getting Us Stoked For Halloween

Lacking inspiration for your Halloween costume? While we think Christian Grey will be the scariest fictional character to roam the streets this year, there's nothing like a classic horror archetype to get your blood pumping. Enter Dracula, and, more to the point,
— The Washington Ballet's new performance that debuts at the Kennedy Center later this month.

Chilling and theatrical, the performance casts Count Dracula as a master seducer with a serious dark side, putting a fresh spin on one of literatures most terrifying legends. The male lead has a bit of an Interview With the Vampire thing going on, so if you're not inspired to throw on a cape and vamp it up, you should probably check for a pulse.
When: October 24 through November 7. See full schedule here.
Where: The Kennedy Center, Eisenhower Theatre, Tickets are $25 to $125; purchase them online here.
