The month ahead is going to be filled with sweets, (faux) meats, and more tasty treats than you can shake a fork at—which is why we end up packing our 5-year-old backup swimsuit to take along to our winter vacations. It many not be the official swimsuit season, but it's a mini one, for sure, and the biggest motivator to keep your health in check this season is a bright, shiny new bikini or one-piece to scare those visions of sugarplums away.
