How To Make Low(ish) Calorie Tiny Treats For The Holidays

The mystery of holiday indulgence is that we somehow feel better about eating many tiny treats as opposed to one large, imposing hunk of dessert. We don't really understand the math, but we like it. One local blogger recently attempted a slightly lower-calorie version of a holiday favorite: pumpkin cheesecake bites. Nom! By replacing traditional baking staples (like, um, butter), she concocted an absolutely crave-worthy little nugget of goodness.
