The Kids At Comune Take Their Motorcycles To The Open Road (NSFW)

You'd be hard pressed to find anything more liberating that swinging your leg over a bike and thundering down the highway to an unknown destination. The '50s, '60s and even the '70s were filled with a motley crew of iconoclasts hell bent on putting the rubber to the road. Continuing this tradition, the staff at COMUNE remain committed to preserving not only the look, but also the feel of those few famed heroes typically seen in Danny Lyon's iconic images. On any given weekend, you might find just a few or a wild pack of 20 of these guys heading up, down, through, and between America's highways and byways blowing off some steam, and getting inspiration for their clothing line that generations before would certainly be proud of. Check out the photos from their most recent trip.
