Can We Make A Shimmery Blush Less Tacky?

There's a fine line between a pretty shimmery cheek and a tacky shimmery cheek. But, what exactly is that line, and how do we find it? While we love the idea of livening up our faces with a little bit of tasteful sparkle, we're not trying to look like we're 12. Or like we got lost on the way to our Cabaret rehearsal.
So, we called in makeup artist James Vincent to show us the best way to build colors, textures, and luminosities in order to achieve a look that says "kissed by the sun" — rather than a look that says "I don't know how to wear makeup." Check out the video so that you, too, can subtly shimmer.
