What's the significance behind S2VS? I don't know. I wanted something that sounded modern, catchy, but at the same time anonymous gibberish.

What do you do? I'm the designer for S2VS.
So this is your first-ever collection, how long has it been in the making? Well I just graduated from Parsons and this was basically born from that, so it started in May.
What was the inspiration behind it? My boys love fashion and are not afraid of it, they like to party and go out. There wasn't really a direct point of reference, but it's in response to today's youth culture, art movements, and politics, with sense of humor.
What's the significance behind S2VS? I don't know. I wanted something that sounded modern, catchy, but at the same time anonymous gibberish.
Do you feel like that alludes to the mood of today's culture? Definitely. I think right now our culture is very random, crazy, and non-directional. Where are we going? I don't think we're there yet, but it's hopeful in that it's a celebration of diversity and tolerance, branching out to be yourself and discovering new things.
