Eel and Ermine Tea Party and Spring Sale
If there’s anything that can get us up early on the weekend, it's a big sale at one of our favorite stores. Well, that and caffeine. Luckily, the two are coming together perfectly at Eel and Ermine’s tea party and spring sale, which kicks off at 10 a.m. Head to the lovely Presidio Heights boutique where co-owners Evelyne Aikman and Elinor Diamond (you'll recall the latter showed us her cool mommy-style and even cuter kids!) will be dishing out homemade snacks and warm cups of tea all day long. Plus, they'll be pairing that with 25% off their gorgeous, retro-inspired apparel. An event like this is definitely our cup of tea!

Otter Wax Meet And Greet
While it's sort of embarrassing how much we’ve forked over for key wardrobe pieces, in moments of weakness, at least we can keep our investments in good shape, thanks to this weekend event at Welcome Stranger. On Saturday, Chris Chase from Portland-based label Otter Wax will be showing off products to keep jeans, outerwear, and shoes in top shape. Check out a live demo, toss back a few free beers, and take a shot at winning a pair of pre-waxed Welcome Stranger jeans. Now that’s what we call a triple threat!

Sophia Reyes Trunk Show
Looking for the perfect spring dress that is just as flirty and feminine as it is locally made? Then, set your sights on Rue Atelier’s Sophia Reyes trunk show, which will be chock-full of the S.F. designer’s floral-printed frocks. Plus, you can pair your favorite number with some bips and baubles from Oakland-based jewelry company, Aiko, which will also be setting up a trunk show. And obviously, it wouldn’t be much of a party without cupcakes and overflowing glasses of bubbly, right? This event starts early, so get there before the racks (and bottles!) start emptying.

AK Vintage Trunk Show
You may have seen AK Vintage’s extra-cool gold and black pyramid-shaped jewelry at Hayes Street favorite, Azalea — and now you can actually meet the designer who creates the spectacular charms at tonight’s trunk show! Founder Anna Korte (hence, AK) will be at the boutique to unveil her latest piece: a rad body chain that one lucky attendee will get to take home.
