Looking for a new brunch option? We've got a solid one for you. This Sunday, Hayes Valley's mega-popular Blue Bottle Coffee kiosk will be hosting a pop-up eatery by much-loved Vietnamese street food vendor Rice Paper Scissors. The ladies (Valerie Luu and Katie Kwan) behind the popular food truck will be serving up scrumptious banh mi breakfast sandwiches—think fried egg, Vietnamese ham, pickled vegetables, cilantro, jalapenos, homemade mayo, and pate—plus delicious roasted coconut cookies. In honor of the duo's appearance, Blue Bottle will also be serving a special Vietnamese-style coffee using their '17-feet ceiling' coffee bean blend. Get the full deets below.
