Time Out has got an article on the best jobs in New York City, and we're pretty intrigued to see who made the cut (strangely, Refinery29 is not on there)—Gawker, Tumblr, Elle, MoMA and bar Dram all landed on short-list. It seems most of the dream employers don't have a ton of staff, so you'll need lots of gumption to get your ass in the door. At Tumblr, being a popular blogger helps your chances of getting in, while at Gawker, knowing the "right people" on Twitter is a plus. For MoMA, having nonprofit internships gives you a one-up, at Elle mingling with current staffers gets you some props.
