Ladies, would you want to see your dude clad in a shade brighter than yours?
Way back in November, we had predicted that hot pink and shades of fuschia were set to make a comeback… for women, that is. But then we spotted neon pink suits hitting the menswear runways at Dolce & Gabbana spring '09, Givenchys spring '09, and Calvin Klein spring '09. And this isn't your normal, run-of-the-mill pastel pink for the country-club bound, people: Just look at the coloring on up-and-coming designer Carly Garwin's neon-hued suit. And like Pepto-Bismol, the trend even took to the streets: See this neon pink sweater layered underneath a somber winter coat captured by the Sartorialist outside Gucci. Sound off, girls! And guys: Does something about the feminine hue bring out the inner man in you?
