While we admit that there is a bit of eye candy among the manly muscles featured in the Versace spring '13 campaign, it's the leading ladies who have completely stolen the show. Of course, this is not surprising from a brood featuring Kate Moss, Joan Smalls, and Daria Werbowy, who play the heroines in these mysterious, dark, and brawny shots.
Moss, like the superstar she is, stands strong among the gladiator-sandal-clad men, a beacon among these pouting tired Roman soldiers. Without even reading the prologue, we would have to assume that the woman in the gorgeous citrus orange is the hero in whatever story is being told here. Smalls and Werbowy follow suit, decked in the label's sexy lace and opulent chains and medallions under campaign's midnight sky. All in all, these photos make us believe these ladies can save the world. In Versace. And really, what's better than that?
