From our recent guide to Temescal, you know we're a little excited about the emerging Oakland 'hood right now. So, we were extra hyped to hear about the district's third annual Taste of Temescal fest going down this Tuesday, September 20th. It's there that guests will enjoy an evening chock-full of tasty bites from neighborhood favorites like Bakesale Betty, Pizzaiolo, Dona Tomas, Scream Sorbet, and dozens of others, along with great wine, live music, and a chance to win gift certificates from the district's top restaurants. If you're not from the area but would still like to check the event out, no problem! The culinary crawl is only walking distance from MacArthur BART.
