Ready for a little morning treat? Well, brace yourself (and your appetite), because after months of anticipation, Doughnut Dolly is finally swinging open its East Bay doors. The tasty outpost (and one of our fave Bay Area delicacies) is setting up shop in Temescal Alley, right next to bauble shop Esqueleto.
Yep, we’ve been on the edge of our seats waiting and following the Kickstarter-funded endeavor around town, so this comes as a very delicious tidbit. Doughnut Dolly posted the announcement on its Faebook page, stating that it passed a grueling inspection and it’s ultra eager to share its filled snacks in an official brick-and-mortar spot. Taste it all for the first time tomorrow, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. — or until the goods are gone. We suspect this will happen fast, so shake off the AM sleepies and get in line!
