Isn't Rushmore the funniest? Derrick: I keep my dvd above my work bench sandwiched between How to Win Friends and Influence People and Steppenwolf for quick access. It never gets old and never fails at making me laugh to tears…its my job training video for interns—particularly the Bill Murray speech at the chapel.

Khanh is such a good sport about playing sidekick—she's really the brains of the operation usually. We almost went as Green Hornet and Kato this year but nah!, not so fun.
