A Dawson’s Creek Reunion? Michelle Williams Gives Us Hope

We often dream about what it would be like if our favorite TV shows came back from the dead—Central Perk would once again be filled with our favorite Friends, the Dillon Panthers would be taking the field for another game, and the crew from Capeside would still be hanging out on the dock. Now, it seems (some of) our daydreams are one step closer to becoming a reality. During an interview for her new film Take This Waltz, Michelle Williams, aka Dawson's Creek's Jen Lindley (RIP!), admitted that she would be "totally up" for a Creek reunion, and that she's waiting for an invite from James Van Der Beek.

Several members of the cast have mentioned in the past that they would be down to get the gang back together, and since convincing the talent to put aside their egos clear their schedules is typically the most difficult part, we're going to tell ourselves that this reunion is happening. We're even willing to sit down with the show's former writers and brainstorm some ideas for the plot (are you listening, CW?)—we'd love to see Jen come back as a ghost/spirit/Lost-style smoke monster to weigh in on how Dawson, Pacey, and Joey have been fulfilling her last wishes. Of course, we're not going to be picky; No matter what the storyline is, we'll be moved to tears as soon as we hear Paula Cole's opening chorus. (Huffington Post)
