This Fashion Show Has Been Raising Money For Research For 85 Years!

rush

The women of Rush University's Women's Board are some stylin' ladies, and they've got 85 years of tradition to prove it. This year marks the 85th anniversary of "Layers," the board's charity fashion show, which raises money for a different area of medical research, each year. This year's beneficiary is melanoma research and treatment, and this event will launch the Women’s Board's five-year fundraising commitment to support the Rush University Cancer Center. That's a front-row seat we're all over, and if you agree, snap up your tickets at the event website ASAP. The night includes cocktails, the fashion show (obvi), and an after party. We'll see you there tomorrow, October 6 at 5:30 p.m.

Palmer House Hilton, 17 East Monroe Street (at State Street); 312-726-7500.
