Spread Some Local Love At Aliceanna’s Spring Fashion Presentation

elisa-double-(1)slide
It may feel like spring is years away, but local designers are already getting a leg-up on the coming season. Get a taste of warm-weather wares at the debut fashion show for Annapolis-based collection Aliceanna this weekend, where you can scope the spring line of 15 sweet, feminine dresses, and peruse paintings by artist Taj Vaccarella. The moniker comes from designer Patrice Kathyrn Gentile's two grandmothers, a headstrong dame named Alice and a free-spirited creative named Anna, and then Gentile names each piece in her collection after a woman who has inspired her at one time or another. All we can say is — girl power!

When: Saturday, November 26, 9 p.m.
Where: Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge, 169 West Street, Annapolis; 410-280-5160.
