Where we spotted her: In Wicker Park.
Why we love her: These days, it seems like we're always hustling from one store to the next (and even to the occasional mall, ew). For all that running around, we want to stay comfy without looking like we don't care. Elise pulls off shopping-chic but makes sure that comfort and coziness play a huge role. We also haven't fallen this hard for a shoe/sock combination in a long time! What do you wear while you're crossing off your "to-do" list?
