i-D Does The ABCs Of Beauty In The Coolest Way Possible

Beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, shades, and styles. From B-ballers to the contour-crazed, you can find different beauty rituals in all corners of our eclectic culture. And i-D magazine has teamed up with Sephora to celebrate this diversity with its super-fun "The A-Z of Beauty Together" video. "i-D has always been focused on the culture that surrounds and inspires style, and for 'The A-Z of Beauty Together,' we wanted to take a step beyond the latest products and trends and spotlight the authentic subcultures behind some of today’s most recognizable looks," explains Bunny Kinney, head of creative at i-D. "To do so, we looked to all corners of society for inspiration, and street-cast brilliant subjects like Lolita girls who look like they're straight out of Harajuku, voguers from the NYC ballroom scene, and even more niche groups like Health Goths, who wear head-to-toe black activewear." The video aims to show that no matter what glam clique you identify with, "We all beauty together." So whether you're a free-spirited, natural beauty who belongs with the Earthy Girls (like actress Amandla Stenberg, who makes a cameo) or more of a cat-eye-and-red-lips kind of gal, there's a little something here for everyone.
